Modified National's @ Peterborough Show Ground - 24th to 26th May 2007
Wow what a fantastic weekend for RapidRudeRides.Com & all the Crew. We had a fantastic Stand for all to see, including 15 Rapid Rude Rides, 5 Beautiful Models, Quality DJ's and us lot having a laugh. On the Friday everyone was flying around sorting out all the equipment for the weekend, as well as all their own gear. In total on Friday there was about 10 RapidRudeRides, we were all meeting in 2 different locations @ 1830, then to converge around about 1930 @ Hasting wood McDonalds. We had one pit stop on the way, and with everyone buzzing to get up there we must of got there in record time. Once we arrived it was looked upon as a good idea 4 us all 2 camp right next 2 the entrance, unfortunately Security were bang on our case due to us being in the family camping area. We Relocated about 50 meters away from them, still in the family camping area. As you can see on the Friday night everyone got hammered, trying to put there tents up in the process. Dave & Steve Realised that they had misplaced the power lead for the 1500 watt ICE, sideways thinking and beer allowed us to obtain another one providing the crew with the choons. Organisation in the morning is the key factor, you imagine all these very intoxicated people having to be up @ around 7 to get their RapidRudeRide's in the Show. It was an interesting sight, some people really weren't at their best. The day started off great with the sun out and the Ride's in place (Top Left Pictures is the Club Stand on Sat), As well as the sexy RRR Ladies attracting the lads. Be sure 2 check out all the wicked pictures of Mel, Hayley, Vikki, Steph and Emma, as there were many taken. Most of us were on the beers through out the day, making the most of the sun, the ICE, the Ladee's and the Rides. DJ Roama was dropping some real heavy old skool garage, keeping all them heads a bopping. Dave was providing the munch on a potable stove from the boot of his Sierra behind the Gazebo, keeping the stomachs happy. The ICE system RRR came with is around 1500 watts with two 15's in each bass bin, as well as some super tweeters. It was pretty damn loud @ 0730 each morning, just the trick for getting people up. Dave Alliance was also having a little flex, giving DJ Roama that just deserved break. With plenty to see we all spent a lot of time wondering around enjoying the show, Fortunately Deni and Steve had the opportunity to go with the models and got some wicked pictures. Towards the end of the hot afternoon, a few of us were playing on the grass, but on a sour note Dave in his £120 quid 4x4 Sierra slid in 2 Deni's RS Focus causing Minor damage but still a new bumper. Everything was kool as it would seem, Dave has the bill for the bumper. During the day we also had a couple of Rides from the Essex Racers stand, which was a sweet bonus. As well as Dave Alliance bumping into Nikki Lee and getting a couple of pictures of her and her crew. In the evening everything started to get messy as people hit the booze, Jonny B was feeding everyone with the masses of food he obtained from work. Sadly the Sunday was a right washout, Even though we tried to bare the rain we still left around 1400. We were very tired after the whole weekend, and with fumes in the tanks 2 get home we started the long haul. Dangerous Dave was tired, as he bounced off the central reservation whilst asleep. Fortunately everyone was okay, and we stopped for a rest. Be sure 2 check out all the wicked video's and pictures to follow.
